Do you long to have a place to experience silence amongst others?
If so, this class is for you!
This class is designed to get people to turn inward, to check in with self, to hear a daily lesson, take that lesson, integrate it in a kinesthetic way, process what comes up, and reflect on that experience in a group setting.
What my idea for this New class is to do a 90mins class once a week. Start with a check in with self, inward focused meditation, then a self empowering thought idea concept with time for discussion/journaling, then having a movement practice, which is Self guided/freeform/ecstatic movement, in silence, to help integrate and process the teaching of the day, and ending with a check in/out. I see this as a new form of yoga, as yoga is union, and this class is helping one become more unionized with self, mind, body, spirit, emotions, etc. And doing it in a class setting that is supportive.
