I am a natural Intuitive and Spiritual Guided Healer. My own healing journey began along with the support of others, which led me to find my passion.  I have always been connected to Mother Earth, Angels, and Animals. I am passionate about helping you in empowering your body, mind, and spirit connection and learning about the importance of self-love, forgiveness, and how to live a healthy, trauma-free life. I am an expert at reading people and their energy! I am a Reiki Master and Ascension Healer.

I will assist my clients in empowering themselves and in finding their own inner truth. I strongly believe that we all have the power to create a fulfilling life for ourselves and live with integrity in our hearts.  

I believe in self-care, self-love, and self-compassion. I believe that we all should be mindful of our needs for healing every day, whether physically, emotionally, or mentally. We all need a connection to others.  By practicing self-care and self-compassion, we create a greater connection to our own selves. 

When our bodies are healthy, free from pain, and of a calm mind, we can contribute to our well-being and healthier relationships with our family, friends, and community. I find joy and healing in my offerings of the positive and profound connection and energy exchange between myself and my clients. I believe all life forms exist on varying vibrational frequencies. We all experience at different times as though our power is diminished due to changes in our vibration. Navigating at a lower vibrational frequency can make us tired, depressed, anxious, and even sick. So, I will focus energy where it is needed to remove the blocks that keep you from raising your personal level of vibration.  My ultimate goal is your healing and guidance for growth.
