Lauren Stevnson

Lauren is an intuitive + subconscious energy healer who has a passion for helping others develop secure and healthy relationships with themselves and others around them. In her intuitive counseling sessions, she works with you to find the root causes of your behavioral patterns, dismantle your negative thought cycles, and reprogram your conscious & subconscious mind with a positive belief system to create practical change in your external life. 

Being highly sensitive, empathic, and intuitive since early childhood, forming healthy boundaries, having secure relationships, and a strong sense of self wasn’t something that came naturally to Lauren. The experiences she encountered led her to turn to mental and emotional healing early on to improve her relationships with others and herself.  In college, she completed a minor in psychology alongside her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Michigan in hopes of learning how to create peace and balance within her mental and emotional world. And she did. 

After completing her degree, Lauren’s fire was ignited, and her passion for helping others burned brightly. She discovered the power in using her developed intuition in tandem with her education, self-taught knowledge, and life experiences, and created a spiritual coaching business that combines her psychology background with intuitive channeling, divination tools, and Reiki/energy healing. 

Lauren joined the healer program at Ascension Healing Arts Center to further her education and has become a certified Ascension Healer and Reiki practitioner. Her self-proclaimed mission here is to help others form healthy relationships with themselves and others to live a fulfilled life and find their purpose.
